All services are provided by independent contractors, not by HVAC Today. We do not control the methods, materials, scheduling, or quality of the work performed. Any service agreement, pricing agreement, or workmanship promise is between you and the contractor directly.

We make reasonable efforts to connect consumers with local heating and cooling professionals where available, but you are responsible for verifying suitability before work begins.

4. No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available in your area, that services will be performed within any specific timeframe, or that any quote will meet your expectations. Availability and pricing depend on the contractor.

5. Pricing and Payments

Any pricing references on this site are general and informational only. Actual pricing is determined by the contractor providing service. HVAC Today does not collect payment for HVAC work. Payment is made directly to the contractor.

6. Communications Consent

By calling (855) 604-2750 or submitting a request for service, you consent to receive calls or text messages from HVAC Today and our contractor network at the number provided, including automated or prerecorded communications where permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Call Recording

Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and training purposes. By calling, you consent to recording.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HVAC PROS NOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR FROM ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR.

Our total liability for any claim relating to this site or referral service shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to HVAC Today, which in most cases is zero.
